The 24V Motor Driven Roller Conveyor (MDR) is an excellent choice when fast and easy installation, low maintenance and minimal spare parts are a primary consideration. The quiet operating conveyor is great for zero pressure accumulation and "run on demand" transportation.

The advancements in 24V Motor Driven technology and the high tech world of control cards make MDR conveyors extremely versatile. Transportation and zero pressure accumulation are two typical applications of MDR. Choosing zero pressure accumulation MDR typically reflects a higher up front cost, however, the long term savings by only having active zones as the product conveys down the lane will lower the operating costs and reduce noise.
